Lets Get Started

Are you new to lifting weights and exercising? Our intro course is the best way to get your feet wet with learning the fundamentals. The course lasts one month and takes place twice a week with people who are also learning these exercises for the first time. The classes will cover movement fundamentals, nutrition, core strength, mobility, and flexibility. At the end of the course you will be fully prepared to jump into any of our classes with the confidence that you can exercise safely and effectively. If you have any questions about the course please feel free to include them in the message. Classes begin on the second Monday of each month.  What are you waiting for? Lets get started!
