Group Training

 

Strength

Our strength training revolves around a barbell. You will learn and become confident with the main (squat, bench, deadlift, push press) and accessory movements. We will gradually push our numbers up week by week!

Cardio/Conditioning

Our training is a split between strength training with a barbell and cardio/conditioning. These workouts can be done with the whole class, broken up into groups, or individual workouts depending on our goals of that training cycle.

Community

Come lift with a supportive community that celebrates your growth with you! Attend our monthly happy hours and other gym activities. Making sure everyone feels welcome and supported is one of our biggest priorities.
